- Provide excellent answers and consultancy related to compensation and benefits, labor law, insurances, PIT, etc to colleagues and clients in a timely and respectful manner.
- Take full responsibility for the entire payroll services process such as data collection and consolidation (salary, incentive, OT, pay rise, etc.), payroll processing, and payment. Ensure the payroll services provide on time.
- Implement PIT registration and finalization for clients' employees
- Compare SI data and Social Insurance Agency's notice; prepare SI Payment Request; resolve all ad-hoc and administrative requests related to SI such as: checking SI booklets, urgent cases for SI procedures, etc.
- Work closely with tax office, insurance companies, etc
- Overall in charge HR and Admin jobs
- Other tasks assigned by Managers/Supervisors

- Giải đáp và tư vấn tốt các vấn đề liên quan đến lương thưởng, luật lao động, bảo hiểm, thuế TNCN, v.vcho đồng nghiệp và khách hàng một cách kịp thời và tôn trọng.
- Chịu trách nhiệm hoàn toàn về toàn bộ quy trình của dịch vụ tính lương như thu thập và tổng hợp dữ liệu (lương, thưởng, OT, tăng lương, v.v.), xử lý bảng lương và thanh toán.
- Đảm bảo các dịch vụ tính lương cung cấp đúng hạn.
- Thực hiện đăng ký, quyết toán thuế TNCN cho nhân viên khách hàng
- Đối chiếu dữ liệu BHXH với thông báo của BHXH; chuẩn bị Yêu cầu thanh toán SI; giải quyết các yêu cầu đột xuất, hành chính liên quan đến BHXH như: kiểm tra sổ BHXH, các trường hợp cấp bách làm thủ tục BHXH, v.v.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với cơ quan thuế, công ty bảo hiểm, v.v
- Phụ trách chung các công việc Nhân sự, Hành chính
- Các công việc khác được giao bởi Quản lý/Giám sát

- Graduated from university in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
- Good at communication and presentation
- Able to use English fluency
- Master of labor law and Personal income tax law
- Work well in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative and responsible.
