- Lên ý tưởng, xây dựng và phát triển các trang mạng xã hội của doanh nghiệp như fanpage, instagram.
- Phụ trách tổ chức các hoạt động event và triển khai branding kênh cùng team (sự kiện, video, reels, tương tác,...).
- Phụ trách tìm kiếm, liên hệ, và duy trì mối quan hệ với Micro KOL, KOL, Influencer.
- Tìm kiếm các chương trình phù hợp để đề nghị hợp tác và tài trợ giúp tăng độ phủ thương hiệu
- Lên chiến lược quảng cáo cho các bài đăng và chiến dịch và phụ trách điều phối các chương trình, sự kiện online
- Các nhiệm vụ khác theo dự án hoặc phân công của Marketing Leader

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có kinh nghiệm trên 01 năm quản lý fanpage, kinh nghiệm viết content chạy ads, biết phân tích insight.
- Có kinh nghiệm chạy các chiến dịch Marketing trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội.
- Biết cách làm việc, thoả thuận với influencers/ KOLs.
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, phân tích và xử lý tình huống, khả năng làm việc nhóm và làm việc độc lập.
- Năng động, nhiệt tình, tận tâm trong công việc và luôn tập trung hoàn thành mục tiêu.
- Có khả năng học hỏi nhanh, tinh thần bền bỉ, trách nhiệm và tính cam kết, trách nhiệm trong công việc.
- Ưu tiên những bạn đã từng làm trong ngành thực phẩm chức năng (giảm cân, collagen,), mỹ phẩm làm đẹp hoặc spa.
- Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng, biết sử dụng các phần mềm edit hình ảnh/video cơ bản.
