Responsibilities

1.

Planning:


  • Finding potential partners in banking industry to create partnership relationship;
  • Develop relationships with potential partners to promote company products and maintain sound relationships with partners
  • Participate in negotiation with banks on products, pricing, process, signing distribution agreement;
  • Establish a commercial followup of the banks to achieve the target

2. Management

  • In charge in trainings of the Company for merchants from the bank
  • Visit banks regularly and make necessary supports to banks in technical, sales skill, sales process, administration procedures to meet agreed business targets and objectives;
  • Develop new business with banks by maintain good relationship
  • Other tasks as assigned by BD from time to time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent majoring in Banking/Sales/Marketing/Business management
  • More than 3 years of experiences at Banking industry
  • More than 2 year of experience as a manager in foreign company
  • Created sales plan/plan propose to management team
  • More than 2 years experience in partnership department is advantage
  • Experienced of self planning and executing business plan(GTM) in the last 3 years
  • Strong understanding about banking industry and market in charge
  • Good at communication and negotiation skill
  • English business level
