**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)

Responsible for daily operations and accounting for the funds and investment portfolios assigned by Head of Department:

- Contact banks to make deals for term deposits/CDs
- Manage cash-flow and perform cash collection/disbursement
- Conduction asset valuations for funds and investment portfolios according to valuation manuals.
- Manage funds receivable/liabilities and its expenses

Carrying out investments activities for funds and investment portfolio as designated by the Company Investment Department:

- Co-ordinate to determine transaction prices, carry out sales and purchases contract and related agreements and perform the transfer of unlisted securities
- Make term deposit and Certificate Deposit contracts.

Carrying out related Open-ended Funds tasks via the Company trading platform and Vietnam Securities Depository system.

Co-ordinate with custodians and supervisory banks to determine and release NAV reports on every valuation date.

Co-ordinate with Fund Administration Service provider to prepare financial statements under requirements of Law and related regulations.

Prepare performance reports of Funds and Investment portfolios under requirements from the Investment Department or Clients.

Co-ordinate with Client Services to feedback on customers' queries.

Other tasks allocated by the Head of Department or the Company Board of Management.

Thực hiện các công việc kế toán hàng ngày bao gồm hạch toán kế toán và xác định giá trị tài sản ròng của các quỹ/danh mục đầu tư theo phân công của Trưởng phòng Kế toán Quỹ và Danh mục đầu tư:

- Liên hệ với các ngân hàng để thực hiện giao dịch rút/gửi tiền, mua/bán chứng chỉ tiền gửi
- Quản lý dòng tiền của Quỹ và thực hiện thu tiền/ giải ngân
- Định giá tài sản cho các quỹ/danh mục đầu tư theo sổ tay định giá
- Quản lý công nợ và chi phí của quỹ/danh mục

Thực hiện các nghiệp vụ đầu tư cho quỹ/danh mục đầu tư theo chỉ định của Phòng Đầu tư:

- Phối hợp xác định giá giao dịch, soạn thảo hợp đồng và các giấy tờ liên quan, thực hiện chuyển nhượng chứng khoán chưa niêm yết
- Thực hiện hợp đồng tiền gửi có kỳ hạn, mua Chứng chỉ tiền gửi.

Thực hiện nghiệp vụ giao dịch chứng chỉ quỹ trên hệ thống giao dịch của Công ty và Trung Tâm lưu ký chứng khoán.

Phối hợp với các ngân hàng giám sát để xác định và công bố báo cáo Giá trị tài sản ròng vào mỗi ngày định giá.

Phối hợp với tổ chức cung cấp dịch vụ quản trị quỹ, lập báo cáo tài chính theo quy định của pháp luật và các quy định có liên quan.

Định kỳ, lập/kiểm tra các báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo hoạt động của các Quỹ/danh mục đầu tư theo yêu cầu của luật, phòng Đầu tư hoặc Khách hàng.

Cập nhật thông tin quỹ cũng như phối hợp với bộ phận chăm sóc khách hàng phản hồi các câu hỏi của khách hàng.

Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do Trưởng phòng Kế toán Quỹ và Danh mục đầu tư hoặc Ban lãnh đạo Công ty phân công.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Auditing.

Minimum two years experience in relevant positions at financial institutions, fund management or securities companies.

Fluently speaking and writing in English.

Proficient in using Microsoft Offices, e.g. Microsoft Excel/Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.

Efficiently manage allocated tasks and working time and have good communication skills.

Careful, quick problem-solving, capable to work independently with a tight deadline.

Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành kế toán, kiểm toán.

Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở các vị trí tương đương tại các tổ chức tín dụng, công ty quản lý quỹ, công ty chứng khoán.

Trình độ nói và viết Tiếng Anh tốt.

Sử dụng thành thạo tin học văn phòng, đặc biệt đối với phần mềm Microsoft Excel và Microsoft Powerpoint.

Có kỹ năng quản lý thời gian, quản lý công việc và kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt với đối tác.

Cẩn thận, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề, làm việc độc lập và tuân thủ deadline.
