    Job Purpose:
The job holder takes responsibilities to manage, design, participate in business planning preparation and execution, business segmentation management:

  • Business Owner for all clients of BB; BB Strategy và Planning
  • Resource Planning/ Capacity management for BB HO
  • KPI for BB HO Units và Employees
  • Segmentation - Define Segmentation và Portfolio Management

Key Accountabilities (1):

  • Business Owner for all clients of BB; BB Strategy và Planning
  • Responsible for overall BB strategic planning, including strategy, annual planning
  • Design, build and operationalize in a multifunctional working approach for overall BB business model (e.g. Customer, Product và Pricing, Sales và Service, Risk Management,
  • Technology và Operations, Human resource Organization, Performance Management)
  • Design, build and implement strategic plans in accordance to overall BB vision and strategy, including business operating model, sales and service coverage model, value chain identification, focus economic sectors / economic activities.
  • Continuously assess and enhance business model through market insights and voice of customers, thereby implement actionable items to improve BB business model for sustainable business growth

Key Accountabilities (2):

  • Resource Planning/ Capacity management for BB HO
  • Preparation of BB Resource annual plan
  • Collaborate with HR to monitor and track resource status for BB
  • Allocate BB HO resource for units and projects / activities
  • KPI for BB HO Units và Employees

Key Accountabilities (3):

  • Segmentation
Define Segmentation

  • Overall BB segmentation governance (e.g. approval for segment change, subsegment change, Right Customer Right Segment, annual segmentation between BB và WB and within BB, etc.)
  • Design, build and implement subsegmentation within each economic segment with clear strategy and operating model (e.g. onboarding strategy, customer contact strategy)
  • Periodical review of customer segment, sector/activities và subsegment classification and tagging: align with WB economic sectors and value chain and be responsible for ensuring rightcustomerrightsegment, right sector/activities
Portfolio Management

  • Manage the effectiveness of each segment and subsegment portfolio shape (e.g. revenue, cost, profit, return, risk, customer lifetime value) by conducting thorough portfolio analytics at segment level, design targeted campaign, and trigger actionable plans for deepening and retention at segment portfolio level
  • Coordinate with DvàA to improve leads conversion rate through onus and offus data analytics, and propensity modeling
  • Allocate and manage internal leads (from datadriven actions) and/or external leads (from Customer Insights Team) to the right channel and salesforce to ensure no confusion among customers and frontlines.
  • Design, build, embed and manage BB customer loyalty program by collaborating with RBG, GTS and/or partnerships

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance / Banking / Marketing / Business Administration
  • Priority to have a master's degree or higher
  • Minimum 8 years in the position related to financial analysis / credit / market research, marketing of finance and banking
  • Prioritize work experience related to corporate customers
  • Mimimum TOEIC 650 or equivalent
