  • This position acts as a senior specialist for Procurement activities on mainly Marketing Service across all divisions and locations.
  • Sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
  • Sourcing commercial branding materials (POSM i.e brochure, leaflet, banner ), gimmick, event/PR/media services and negotiating the best or most costeffective contracts and deals.
  • Establishing professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
  • Coordinating with the delivery of suppliers/vendors and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
  • Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
  • Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
  • Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
