**About the Team**:

- Corporate IT is the backbone of our business. Our team helps the company to develop a competitive advantage through defining our technology objectives, assessing solution options, and devising technical solutions that help us achieve both strategic goals and meet operational requirements. As a part of our team, you’ll help deliver seamless IT experiences and support to our internal employees by providing responsive helpdesk service, stable networks, and reliable IT systems.As a procurement associate at Corporate IT, you will be responsible for IT product procurement to support various business units. You will serve as the primary interface and act as the process owner responsible for managing suppliers and internal customers. In this position, you will play a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for the organization. You will follow procurement procedures, and maintain an updated list of inventory and incoming IT purchases and supplies.- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- To source, negotiate, and establish purchases for IT goods and services
- Build up and maintain the inventory of all current and upcoming purchases
- Review and analyze spending, vendors/suppliers, commercial terms
- Maintain and update the list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
- Work with IT technical team and HQ procurement team to propose good solutions from a commercial perspective, ensure out-coming high-quality products/supplies
- Participate in negotiation for the best deal for pricing and supply contracts, and propose the best value option from suppliers

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of commercial relationship build-up and procurement techniques/process
- Experience in negotiations and networking
- Strong analytical skills, accurate and precise attention to details
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Good resource of supplier solutions is an added advantage
- Work experience in IT Suppliers/IT industry is an added advantage
- Initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels and with HQ Procurement team
