Bd Executive

Responsibilities:
- Adopt and execute growth strategy to achieve aggressive revenue goals
- In the designated territory or territories, own the sales process from prospecting through closure and understand process.
- Leverage on tech stack to scale up outbound lead generation
- Conduct research into organizations and individuals to build strong pipelines through new customers/leads, create new sales opportunities with these
- Qualify prospects as per sales plan, budget and decision making.
- Be deeply attuned to the needs of a potential/customer and tailor proposals for clients
- Build and document sales activities in Salesforce
- Prepare and engage in Sales team status meetings.
- Work closely with Customer Success team to provide excellent aftersales support
- Meet productivity and sales budget metrics as per management team's directions.
Experience requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Adopts a technical and consultative approach towards sales (preferred to be MEDDPICC sales methodology qualified)
- At least 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a SaaS, ERP or fashion/apparel industry
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in selfstarting environment
- Resultsoriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Bonus: Sound understanding of fashion technology
- Bonus: Experience in Salesforce and Hubspot
