Responsibilities:

  • Adopt and execute growth strategy to achieve aggressive revenue goals
  • In the designated territory or territories, own the sales process from prospecting through closure and understand process.
  • Leverage on tech stack to scale up outbound lead generation
  • Conduct research into organizations and individuals to build strong pipelines through new customers/leads, create new sales opportunities with these
  • Qualify prospects as per sales plan, budget and decision making.
  • Be deeply attuned to the needs of a potential/customer and tailor proposals for clients
  • Build and document sales activities in Salesforce
  • Prepare and engage in Sales team status meetings.
  • Work closely with Customer Success team to provide excellent aftersales support
  • Meet productivity and sales budget metrics as per management team's directions.
Focus on creating good relationships with all key prospects and clients.

Experience requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Adopts a technical and consultative approach towards sales (preferred to be MEDDPICC sales methodology qualified)
  • At least 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a SaaS, ERP or fashion/apparel industry
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in selfstarting environment
  • Resultsoriented
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Bonus: Sound understanding of fashion technology
  • Bonus: Experience in Salesforce and Hubspot
