  • Experience and indepth knowledge of market, products, strengths and weaknesses of competitors analysis
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Good computer skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Management

  • Develop B2B sales plan for ICR
  • Set up a specific program to promote franchise & corporate Sales
  • Take charge of wholesale and retail sales in the assigned area
  • Collect and update information on the education market
  • Propose sales policies, and supervise sales activities
  • Monitor the franchise business, B2B sales activities: implement the policies and comply with KPI business indicators
  • Announce, monitor and deploy all policies from company to client
  • Assist in solving problems related to business work between company and client

Management of market research activities:


  • Formulate and organize the implementation of market research plans
  • Gather information about competitors: products, business activities, marketing
activities to support staff in the sales room; update the trend of the market

  • Do research on the market development of the products the company and make reports
  • Analyze market forecast product trends in the short and long term
  • Make monthly reports
