Design, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors to meet stakeholder requirements.

  • Provide best practices guidance to users and team.
  • Gather business requirements and identify improvement areas.
  • Define project plans and implementation strategies.
  • Conduct end user training and support.
  • Create user guides and documentation.
  • Prepare project plans including milestones and risk assessment.
  • Monitor and manage assigned risks in modules.
  • Develop best practices, processes, and standards.
  • Design and oversee data accessibility/security matrix.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, PMGM, Compensation, Succession, IDP) in at least 3 implementations.
  • Project management experience in overseeing SuccessFactors projects in at least 3 implementations.
  • Proficient in end user requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with working with Singapore companies.
  • Experience collaborating with teams across multiple locations and outsourcing partners.
  • Possession of relevant industry certifications is advantageous.
