Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team at Dikshatek. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in using SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation, as well as a strong background in change management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-user guides in various formats (PowerPoint, PDF, screen recording/video) for different personas, including users, administrators, and managers.
  • Design and implement work instructions and process flows, identifying AS-IS and TO-BE processes and gaps.
  • Utilize Microsoft Visio for process flows and swim lane diagrams.
  • Deliver high-quality user guides for SAP SFSF processes.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and excellent communication skills. Software requirements for the role will be included in the pricing.

Please note that the contract duration is 6-12 months.
