**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Able to troubleshoot, analyze and determine root causes of issues/incidents within Success Factors modules
- Sound understanding of integration points found within Success Factors
- Able to address both process and technical issues being faced by the customer
- Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Designs for SuccessFactors in compliance with the Best Practices
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points and best practices
- Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors.
- Ensure smooth implementation and running of critical business processes including SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee/Manager Self-Service, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent Management, Learning Management, Compensation, Payroll integration and related modules;
- Work closely with Global HR team and end-user to understand the business requirements and to provide solutions;
- Document business requirements and procedures
- Liaise and follow through with other functional areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues;
- Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions.
- Identifying any risks and proposing solutions
- Any other assignments from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2+ years of SuccessFactors experience.
- Experience in roll out and support Success Factor, Learning Management System (LMS)
- Experience in Modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Time off and Timesheet, Talent, Compensation, Performance/Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning
- A passion for Human Resources, Talent management, Learning management, HRIS, and SAP technology transformations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise content to be shared with the team.
- Proficient in gathering & assessing requirements from business owners.
- Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.
- Excellent understanding of the Employee Central Time Off and Timesheet and related modules.
- Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows.
- Must have worked on Timesheet evaluation rules configuration and validations.
- Must have worked on SuccessFactors set up of role-based permissions
- Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts.
- Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
- Conduct SF Training to Key Users.
- Coordinate with other project team leads.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment;
- Analytical and detailed as well as good planning and organizing skills are required traits
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, self-motivated, sensitive to team dynamics & cultures;
- Strong experience in the IT industry, experience in SAP HR/SuccessFactors
- The ability to handle ambiguity and, as applicable, self-direct and guide others on logical next steps
- Ability to gather, analyze, and weigh inputs/evidence; evaluate issues and come to an unbiased conclusion and/or options; and provide a recommendation for a specific course of action
- Keen attention to detail, gathering requirements, listening to customers, documenting issues, and problem-solving
- Capable of generating and introducing new ideas, concepts, or strategies
- Multinational company HR experience is a plus.
