- BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

**Job Description**:

- Implement a full life cycle, from business assessment to the final delivery of SAP solution for customers both foreign and domestic (Function: FICO, SuccessFactor, BIBW)
- Build a strong solution to fulfill business requirements of Enterprises
- Roll-out new templates for customers
- Implement new business change request based on current solutions
- Manage and monitor the deliverables in projects
- Consult and make sure daily operation run smoothly and effectively
- Quality delivery of services committed to the customer as per defined SLA and KPI’s.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in the Services Delivered and Continuous improvement of services.

**Qualifications**:

- More than **4 year-experience in SAP BIBW**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong knowledge and experiences in OTC process
- Expertise in Analyzing business requirements and mapping them to SAP solution
- Experience in business printing, preparing functional documents, preparing testing scenarios and configuring SAP
- Be able to use English fluently for communicating and persuading customers with business languages
- Proactive and Flexible to work across time zones
