Design, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Provide best practices guidance to users and team.
- Gather business requirements and identify improvement areas.
- Define project plans and implementation strategies.
- Conduct end user training and support.
- Create user guides and documentation.
- Prepare project plans including milestones and risk assessment.
- Monitor and manage assigned risks in modules.
- Develop best practices, processes, and standards.
- Design and oversee data accessibility/security matrix.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, PMGM, Compensation, Succession, IDP) in at least 3 implementations.
- Project management experience in overseeing SuccessFactors projects in at least 3 implementations.
- Proficient in end user requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with working with Singapore companies.
- Experience collaborating with teams across multiple locations and outsourcing partners.
- Possession of relevant industry certifications is advantageous.
