    Our client is a foreigninvested company, now looking for a Manufacturing Assistant Manager ($1500, ID14947)
  • Plan and implement production schedules
  • Arrange production machinery and human resources to meet production targets and company strategy
  • Set the quality standards and monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control program.
  • Work with subordinates to resolve material and productionrelated issues.
  • Improve leaders' understanding of management
  • Controlling the allocation and use of materials, machinery, equipment and tools in daily production.
  • Share knowledge with others to enhance performance and make improvements.
  • Work together with other departments to reach the goal.
  • Encourage the improvement group to increase output.
  • Interact with suppliers and makers involved in the production process.
  • Control and support daily operations HSE activities to prevent incident/ accident at plants, ensure compliance with all regulatory procedures and standards.
  • Training/coaching and qualify staff to ensure enough capability.

  • Graduated from University or higher with major in engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related Engineering fields.
  • At least 5 years of work experience as the role of deputy or vice manufacturing management for foreign manufacturing company.
  • Good at English (4 skills)
