Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

At People Profilers Vietnam, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the organization's quality standards and protocols are enforced and adhered to.
  2. Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop and implement quality control processes that meet customer and SBN requirements.
  3. Partner with suppliers to audit factories, qualify new suppliers, and ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
  4. Conduct inline inspections to ensure SBN guidelines and protocols are followed.
  5. Verify that suppliers manufacture products according to technical specifications and requirements.
  6. Ensure all articles have complete technical documentation and are uploaded to the system in a timely manner.
  7. Establish standards for defect classifications used in AQL-based quality inspections.
  8. Perform annual inline inspections of products to ensure they meet specifications.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of technical or quality experience in the furniture or building industry.
  • Proven experience in factory and process audits.
  • Good understanding of workmanship quality and supplier quality improvement.
  • Knowledge of product failure analysis and risk assessment.
  • Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
