Main Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing Development:

  • To grow portables sales revenue, distribution width, distribution dept in Vietnam market.
  • To build relationship with end users/EPC/consultant/contractor.
  • Manage distributors and partners.
  • To analyze competitor activities in the region and assess opportunities for business development.
  • To provide reports as required and give feedback on market intelligence and competition.
  • Conduct market research and follow through opportunities.
  • To ensure proper visibility and availability of products in the assigned territories.
  • To ensure timely and proper execution of sales related activities within the designated territories.
  • To achieve the defined target. (sales in and out, merchandising, outlet growth customer satisfaction, outlet stockholding, sales per outlet, journey planning)
  • Manage and coordinate with distribution sales executives.
  • Journey the planning for own self and for the distribution sales executives to ensure that movement within designated geographies is planning for own self and for optimal time and cost efficiency.
  • To manage business relationships with partners in designated territory to ensure order amount.
  • Train partners' sales team about products and sales activities.
  • Provide learning and improvement feedback on the execution plan to management.

Requirement:

Academic Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering with technical understanding of Drives, Motor, Automation System and Substation.

Work Experience, Skills and other requirements:

  • At least minimum of 4 to 5 years' of work experience in sales and prior exposure in a rapid sales growth environment.
  • Previous sales experience in direct sales, project sales to contractor/EPC, end user, with demonstrable and successful sales track record.
  • Relevant electrical and industry background (especially in low voltage inverter, MV Motor and UPS).
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation and problemsolving skills.
  • Confident and motivated team player who also has strong mind set for continuous improvement, meeting or exceeding expectations and able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent people skills with an ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Business English in writing, reading and listening to communicate with English speaking counterparts.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language to communicate with Japan counterpart.
