Senior Sales executive is the key point of contact between Informa Markets in Vietnam and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing exhibition services.

Senior Sales executive promotes services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximising profits.

  • Be responsible for managing domestic & international sales activities in Vietnam to meet regional and project target
  • Identify clients' needs, maintain the relationship (mostly with senior positions) & increase the revenue with existing clients, deal with day-to-day clients' requirement
  • Search and evaluate new prospects, build up exhibitor database, market research and develop relationship with potential clients in order to expand the customer network and company's market share in local industry
  • Maintain good relationship with related Embassies and Associations, develop brand awareness and industry specific knowledge, including competitor events, keep up to date & analyze competitors' activities.
  • Closely coordinate with the offices worldwide within network in managing exhibitions, overseas sales team and agents for prospects, customer services
  • Closely coordinate with Operation Department in all operations matters and with Marketing Department in promotional activities, coordinate with Finance team for timely and correct invoicing.
  • Analyze the show's success and prepare reports, monitor after-sales services, compile and analyze sales figures for regional sales report
  • Directly report and assist Line Manager in various matters of sales

  • Strong command of English and Vietnamese
  • University diploma, major in business administration is a plus
  • At least three (03) years experienced in sales position
  • Strong command of English
  • Strong customercentric skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Presentable
  • Able to work under high pressure
  • Target oriented
