The Partner Services Manager (PSM) in CSS is responsible for supporting our Partners across the market unit for the transformation project that they undertake for the customers.

The PSM has to nurture and grow relationship with Partners and find opportunities to embed SAP Services into Partner proposals at bidding stage.

The PSM must ensure the Partners are updated with the latest Services offerings by SAP CSS and seek feedback on how to improve such Services for the Partner Ecosystem.


The PSM also collaborates across various teams and functions within SAP such as Mid-Market sales team, Partner Ecosystem Success, Software sales teams to find the best fit of SAP Services in Partner led opportunities.


  • Conduct regular enablement workshops for Partners related to the SAP Services packages and offerings for the indirect/partner led opportunities.
  • Conduct regular pipeline meetings with Partners to understand the Current Quarter (CQ), CQ+1 and CQ+2 demand.
  • Position SAP Services to the end customer if requested by the Partner.
  • Support Partners in any critical escalation to get the help from SAP on priority.
  • Support indirect dACV (deployed Annual Contract Value) and CCB (Current Cloud Backlog) for Projects delivered by Partners in the MU.
  • Help onboard new Partners mostly in the Mid-Market space as we onboard more partners to support S/4 Public Cloud sales motion.
  • Collect regular feedback from Partners on the need of SAP Services in the indirect business.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent tertiary study
  • 03 years' work experience with customer facing roles
  • Team player with ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Good listener with excellent communication skills, empathetic, collaborative
  • Resourceful selfstarters with strong interpersonal skills who are eager learners
  • Interested in technology, innovation, and how digital platforms can solve business challenges
  • Problemsolvers who are ambitious, passionate, resilient, proactive, openminded, and able to manage pressure

  • Learn and understand the Services business as well as specific cloud SAP products
  • Conduct job rotations relevant to the intended role with various teams within the business
  • Case studies, classroom and selfpaced learnings with a mix of technical and soft skill topics
  • On the job training with the support of buddies and coaches
  • Work on relevant projects that demonstrate your communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic that delivers high quality outcomes
  • Demonstrate problem solving, time management, and communication skills through a range of activities done during training and on the job rotations
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Meeting performance requirements at conclusion of each rotation
  • Displaying effective communication skills to handle and explain customer situations (to both business end users and SAP technical/ functional consultants)
  • Adapt to knowledge on new technologies in a consistently dynamic and changing environment
