**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Develop and execute Insurance products vision and strategies that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. /_Xây dựng, triển khai và quản lý chiến lược phát triển sản phẩm bảo hiểm đáp ứng nhu cầu của khác hàng và thúc đẩy tăng trưởng kinh doanh_
- Manage the P&L, LTV and other financial performance for each of the insurance products and implement activities to maximize performance/ _Quản lý P&L, LTV và hiệu suất tài chính cho từng sản phẩm bảo hiểm và triển khai các hoạt động để tối đa hóa hiệu suất_
- Improve existing insurance products to meet customers' needs and meet financial targets/ _Cải tiến các sản phẩm bảo hiểm hiện có để đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng và đáp ứng các mục tiêu tài chính_
- Work closely with Sale teams and training teams to review and improve insurance product training materials for sales network focusing on value propositions and benefits /_Phối hợp chặt chẽ với đơn vị kinh doanh và Đơn vị đào tạo để xem xét và cải thiện tài liệu đào tạo sản phẩm bảo hiểm cho mạng lưới bán hàng tập trung vào các đề xuất và lợi ích giá trị_
- Lead product implementation by ensuring timely and proper implementation of approved products/_Dẫn dắt việc phát triển sản phẩm khai thác bằng cách đảm bảo triển khai đúng thời hạn và đúng cách các sản phẩm đã được phê duyệt_
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to Insurance products sales/ _Phát triển và thực hiện các chiến dịch marketing để bán sản phẩm Bảo hiểm_
- Review relationship and benefits with partners to assess if the partnership is to continue, grow or stop /_ Phân tích, đánh giá các đối tác_
- Work closely with other business leaders to ensure Insurance products are fully integrated into the company's overall strategy / _Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các đơn vị để đảm bảo các sản phẩm Bảo hiểm được tích hợp đầy đủ vào chiến lược tổng thể của công ty_
- Initiate customer segmentation insight research to reach new segments with specific proposition ideas that meet customers' needs, sales force's expectations and fit the company's business strategy./ _Nghiên cứu chuyên sâu về phân khúc khách hàng để tiếp cận các phân khúc mới và đưa ra các ý tưởng đề xuất cụ thể đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng, kỳ vọng của đơn vị kinh doanh và phù hợp với chiến lược kinh doanh của công ty._
- Ensure proper compliance to the regulatory guidelines./ _Đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng quy định công ty_
- Keeping the Management updated on market benchmarking and industry best practices/ _Luôn cập nhật thị trường và các phương pháp hay nhất trong ngành_
- Engage with Insurance partner for training, manpower support, products, technology, cross sell analytics and business operations/ _Tham gia với đối tác để đào tạo, hỗ trợ nhân lực, sản phẩm, công nghệ, phân tích bán chéo và hoạt động kinh doanh_
- Work with the insurance partners to ensure best in class products, operations technology process to ensure smooth and simplified functioning of business/ _Làm việc với các đối tác để đảm bảo các sản phẩm tốt nhất, quy trình công nghệ vận hành để đảm bảo hoạt động kinh doanh được thông suốt và đơn giản hóa_

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
1.Bằng cấpDegree
University graduated or above, preferably in disciplines such as IT, Math, Finance, Banking, Economic /_ Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, ưu tiên các ngành như CNTT, Toán, Tài chính, Ngân hàng, Kinh tế _
- 2._Kinh nghiệm/Experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience (manager or expert position) in consumer finance or banking related to insurance/Bancassurance products/
_ - Có ít nhất 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm (vị trí quản lý hoặc chuyên gia) trong lĩnh vực tài chính tiêu dùng hoặc ngân hàng liên quan đến sản phẩm bảo hiểm/ sản phẩm phân phối bảo hiểm_
- Experience in consumer finance or banking in business divisions such as Products, CRM or Customer, Sales/ _Có kinh nghiệm về tài chính tiêu dùng hoặc ngân hàng trong các bộ phận kinh doanh như Sản phẩm, CRM hoặc Khách hàng, Bán hàng_
- Experience in product/sales/process development and management/ _- Có Kinh nghiệm phát triển và quản lý sản phẩm/bán hàng/quy trình_
