**1. Yêu cầu**:

- Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng.
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành liên quan (Tuyển dụng, C&B, ER, T&D).
- Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực nhân sự.

**2.** **Nội dung công việc**
- Cung cấp hướng dẫn chính sách của nhân sự.
- Giải quyết khiếu nại và các vấn đề phức tạp liên quan đến quan hệ lao động.
- Theo dõi, báo cáo về tình hình lao động và lập kế hoạch phát triển nhân lực (giờ làm việc, tỷ lệ nghỉ việc ), xây dựng đội ngũ kế nhiệm có đủ năng lực, đáp ứng nhu cầu các dự án.
- Xác định nhu cầu đào tạo cho nhân viên, đồng thời đánh giá chương trình đào tạo.
- Làm việc với quản lý của các bộ phận liên quan về kế hoạch đánh giá thăng chức hàng năm.
- Báo cáo và gặp gỡ khách hàng.
- Hợp tác với Tập đoàn và các site để đưa ra các chính sách nhân sự mới.
- Hợp tác chặt chẽ với các bên để phát triển mối quan hệ công việc, nâng cao tinh thần và hiệu quả công việc.

**3.** **Tiền lương và các chế độ khác**
- Thời gian làm việc: 8:00 - 17:00
- Làm việc từ thứ 2- thứ 6 và 2 ngày thứ bẩy
- Tháng lương 13, tăng lương hàng năm
- Tham gia đầy đủ BHXH, BHYT và BHTN và các chế độ khác đối với người lao động theo quy định tại Bộ Luật Lao Động
