  • Responsible for securing and maintaining new business.
  • Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
  • Contribute to improvements in the best practices in sales, and strategic approaches to an account.
  • Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
  • Negotiating selling rates with clients as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.
  • Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams.
Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.

  • Manage, administer, supervise, assign work to employees belonging to BD Department
  • Participating in the labor discipline process, claiming compensation for damage according to the authorization, sequence and procedures specified in the Company Labor Rule
