Sales Account Manager to grow Synopsys' Business in Vietnam and South East Asia.

We're looking for Sales Account Manager to join our team.

  • In this role you will be responsible for growing Synopsys' business and expanding our installed technology base at our Global and Local Territory Accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategy, in collaboration with our technical and global account teams, that is based on a deep understanding of customer's needs and requirements.
  • Own fostering and growing relationships with key technologists and stakeholders within this account all the way to executive management levels.
  • Be an overachiever, selfmotivated and driven individual helping to drive multimillion dollar agreements with the customer.
  • Drives programs and business initiatives. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and projects.
  • Represents the organization as the principle contact on business unit and/or companywide projects. Interacts with management and senior external personnel on matters requiring coordination across internal groups.
  • Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.

Key Qualification

  • Minimum of 8+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • Has a wide range of experience either in semiconductor design or verification.
  • Has ability to engage with the customer's technical decision maker to understand their key challenges and work with Synopsys' experts to provide technology solutions for the customer's high value problems.
  • Selfmotivated individual with leadership skills and a demonstrated passion to win.
