1. Có nguồn tài nguyên thương mại nội địa VN, quen biết với các nhà máy sản xuất khác nhau, cũng như nhà cung ứng dịch vụ logistics VN.

2. Có năng lực đàm phán linh hoạt và giao tiếp tốt với các đối tác, có thể quản lí các nhà cung ứng một cách hiệu quả và tối ưu quá chuỗi cung ứng.

3. Quen thuộc với các sàn TMĐT chính tại VN như Lazada/Shopee/Tiktok, hiểu rõ cách vận hành và kinh doanh trên các sàn TMĐT, đã từng vận hành các shop online hoặc có mối quan hệ với các đối tác bán hàng trên sàn TMĐT.

4. Có khả năng phân tích số liệu, đọc hiểu các số liệu online và thông tin phản ánh từ các số liệu này.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Dựa vào các yêu cầu của công ty và các nhà bán hàng mục tiêu, xây dựng kế hoạch tìm nhà bán hàng. Dựa trên mục tiêu của doanh nghiệp và các ưu thế của dự án của công ty, kết hợp với phương hướng phát triển, tìm ra ưu thế hợp tác và lợi ích cho đôi bên.
2. Mở rộng nguồn danh sách nhà bán hàng TMĐT xuyên biên giới, khai thác nhu cầu tiềm năng của nhà bán hàng, thúc đẩy hợp tác và duy trì mối quan hệ đối tác lâu dài.
3. Phối hợp với team vận hành giúp nhà bán hàng nhanh chóng xác lập dự án tại thị trường VN và phát triển kinh doanh, bao gồm việc lựa chọn sản phẩm, chính sách vận hành và nhận các chỉ tiêu kinh doanh tương ứng.

**4. Yêu cầu: tốt nghiệp ĐH trở lên, biết tiếng Hoa, có laptop**

**5. Thời Gian làm việc: 9g30' đến 18g thứ 2- thứ 6**
