  • Identify and implement pricing strategies and sales promotion programs through products, pricing, product rewards, product images, display, identity, and customer experiences to improve mattress and accessories industry products and services.
  • Create criteria, and selection process, negotiate and develop relationships with strategic suppliers for leading brands (both domestic and international).
  • Stay on top industry's new technology (product and component)
  • Implement tenders for suppliers that meet the following criteria: capacity, product, price, quality, and development potential.
  • Build a system and evaluate the performance of suppliers to continuously improve the quality of products that serve customers.
  • Build strategies for the cost of goods, debts, cutting input costs, etc. in order to optimize costs for the company and achieve financial goals.
  • Developing and managing the team
  • Lead visual merchandising team
  • Analytical skills for forecasting, inventory management, and sales rate
  • Analytical ability to evaluate vendors and quotations in bidding
