Job Summary
- Be responsible for managing promoters within the business: Kohnan, Aeon shopping malls
- Coordinates the shipping of goods, sets up displays, and assists customers and staff to achieve sales target.

Primary responsibilities
- Manage promoters including but not limited to coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
- Meet sales target by proposing promotional program; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Help promoters achieve sales targets.
- Monitor local competitors.
- Organize and distribute staff schedules.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
- Ensure pricing is correct at counters.
- Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
- Work on store displays.
- Evaluate on-the-job performance.
- Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
- Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
- Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
- Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service is met.
- Work closely with sales admin on sales promotion program and inventory.
- Conduct stock take at counters with sales admin on agreed schedule.
- Attend trade shows to identify new products and services.
- Look for new venue to run events/ promotion
- Contact partners (buyers, contractors, floor/ store managers ) to get the insights and close the deal for company
- Conduct/ Do other tasks as assigned by Line Manager/ General Director for the sales strategy/ expansion plan

- Phối hợp vận chuyển hàng hóa, trưng bày, hỗ trợ khách hàng và nhân viên để đạt được mục tiêu bán hàng.

Trách nhiệm chính
- Quản lý nhân viên tại quầy bao gồm đào tạo, tuyển dụng và quản lý nhân viên
- Đạt chỉ tiêu doanh số thông qua việc đề xuất các chương trình khuyến mãi, phân tích các vấn đề phát sinh và đề xuất hướng giải quyết.
- Giúp đỡ nhân viên tại quầy đạt được chỉ tiêu doanh thu.
- Theo dõi các hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh trên thị trường.
- Chia ca lịch làm việc của nhân viên tại quầy.
- Giải quyết các yêu cầu, thắc mắc, khiếu nại và các vấn đề phát sinh của khách hàng
- Đảm bảo đơn giá bán hàng tại quầy được chính xác.
- Đảm bảo các hoạt động khuyến mãi chính xác và việc trưng bày hàng hóa và mẫu mã theo đúng chuẩn mực do công ty đặt ra.
- Tham gia trưng bày quầy kệ tại các TTTM
- Đánh giá kết quả làm việc của nhân viên bán hàng tại quầy
- Tìm hiểu các xu hướng và nhu cầu hiện tại và tương lai nhằm thu hút khách hàng.
- Đảm bảo hàng hóa được trưng bày sạch sẽ tại quầy.
- Đảm bảo tồn kho đầy đủ tại quầy.
- Theo dõi các biến động trong cung và cầu.
- Sử dụng được các phương tiện thông tin để ghi nhận doanh số, phân tích số liệu bán hàng và theo dõi kế hoạch nhập hàng.
- Đảm bảo được chất lượng và dịch vụ khách hàng tương ứng.
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với thư ký bán hàng về các chương trình khuyến mãi và hàng tồn kho.
- Thực hiện kiểm đếm tồn kho tại quầy và với thư ký bán hàng theo các lịch trình đã chốt.
- Tham gia các hội trợ triển lãm
- Tìm kiếm các khu vực để chạy sự kiện và khuyến mại
- Liên hệ các đối tác (trung tâm thương mại, nhà thầu, giám sát trung tâm/ tầng ) để tìm hiểu nhu cầu và chốt đơn hàng cho công ty.
- Thực hiện các công việc do Quản Lý trực tiếp/ Tổng Giám Đốc theo kế hoạch kinh doanh và phát triển của công ty.

- Kinh nghiệm: 2 năm
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành có liên quan
- Khả năng giao tiếp tốt
- Tiếng anh giao tiếp
- Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo, làm việc nhóm,
- Có kỹ năng xử lý tình huống, giải quyết vấn đề
