  • General management of sales activities of freight forwarding business.
  • Provide sales direction to HODs.
  • Leading sales and customer services department to develop freight forwarding business and expanding
customers and agency network.

  • Executing business strategy including day to day customer management, operational development,
business development.

  • Ensure each Sales executive achieves their set targets.
  • Organizational development: provide ongoing coaching and training to staff.
  • Planning business strategies with Board of Director.
