What We Can Offer:


To oversee and manage Marketing team, Business Development, Reservation to ensure maximum revenue, promotional coverage and marketing opportunities are achieved.

The DOSM should work closely with revenue management and marketing functions, to develop sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, grow market share, grow brand awareness, develop new accounts for multiple hospitality brands.


DETAILS:

  • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
  • Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  • Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible longterm market share.
  • Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Source and actively manage local, national, regional and international media visits to the hotel
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
  • Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community
  • Manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within Sales and Marketing department.
  • Help develop talents by acting as mentor for subordinates

Job Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE: Experience in managing cluster of properties across Vietnam
  • Demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience at Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of Marketing, or similar level in hospitality industry
  • Experience with domestic marketing in hospitality is a plus
  • Proficiency in developing, implementing and executing strategic action plans for all sales market segments and marketing plan expenses
  • Ability to analyze data and drive Sales results
  • Adept at performing market analysis and implementing strategic steps to improve positioning
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Demonstrated skills in leading a team.
  • Management experience to lead a team in various locations
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes
  • University degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management
