Scope of work:

  • To oversee and manage Marketing team, Business Development, Reservation to ensure maximum revenue, promotional coverage and marketing opportunities are achieved for multiple hospitality brands._

Main Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
  • Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  • Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible longterm market share.
  • Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Source and actively manage local, national, regional and international media visits to the hotel
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
  • Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community
  • Manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within Sales and Marketing department.
  • Help develop talents by acting as mentor for subordinates

Job Requirements

  • University degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management
  • At least 5 years in a Director of Sales or Director of Marketing at top Hospitality establishment.
  • Demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
  • Experience with domestic marketing in hospitality is a plus
  • Proficiency in developing, implementing and executing strategic action plans for all sales market segments and marketing plan expenses
  • Ability to analyze data and drive Sales results, perform market analysis and implementing strategic steps to improve positioning
  • Excellent relationship building skills and presentation skills
  • Proven leadership skills and flexible and adaptable to changes.
