CLUSTER DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the BOD and manage sales team to implement strategic plan to managing and growing the company's revenue and market share
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve company goals.
  • Develops and implements a digital marketing strategy; working with the marketing associate for implantation and ongoing development/strategies.
  • Oversee Company branding, brand identification and execution of branding strategies.
  • Assist in the development of sales operating budgets in conjunction with the CEO of group
  • Consult with sales teams on advertising and promotion activities
  • Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to economic trends.
  • Provide sales activity reports to executive management
  • Oversees expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Review and analyze sales performance for the entire company.
  • Provide input for sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team while remaining budget compliant
  • Other duties as requested by management or ownership

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree and above
  • At least 10 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, experienced in managing cluster sales teams is an advantage.
  • Strong market knowledge, must have had held the role of Director of Sales & Marketing in highend hospitality properties.
  • Experience in preopening is a huge advantage.
