MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

Assist HRD and HR Planning Leader in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies on recruitment, C&B, & training

Research and implement programs at work about HR policy, HR procedure, HR development

Consult with Chief of HR Planning to identify & update company's expectations to HR

Simulate new methods/initiatives relating to HR development, salary/bonus schemes

Support to Study & design strategic HR planning for short-term & long-term period

Update & search potential HR trends

Carry out training & development programs

Conduct research/survey on HR organizational health

JOB EXPECTATIONS
Closely follow the effectiveness of HR policies in improving job productivity

Well-update new HR tendency suitable with the company's strategy & culture

Deeply understand all HR policies to communicate to employees correctly

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

University degree in Human Resources Management/Accounting/Business Administration/related majors

TOEIC, TOFEL, IELTS(ability to use both speaking and writing English at work)

Microsoft Office (especially in Powerpoint and Excel)

Annual Leave:

  • 15 working days: from full 1 year to less than 3 years;
