As a Senior Property Manager at our client, one of the top banks in Hanoi, your role will involve overseeing various locations

Your responsibilities include:

  • Approving the distribution, collection, and coordination of all assets across the bank's locations. You'll ensure assets are moved efficiently and promptly to achieve the best financial outcomes.
  • Monitoring and finding effective solutions for optimizing asset usage across all sites, including dealing with surplus or damaged assets.
  • Collaborating with planning teams to review and allocate replacement assets, making sure they are used effectively to replace old, fully depreciated ones.
  • Working with the Financial Planning department to organize regular asset audits and disposal projects.
  • Analyzing data to determine the need for new assets or replacements due to damage, and proposing practical inventory solutions.
  • Handling the budget for your department and making sure spending stays within approved limits.
  • Developing and executing plans for the Property Management Center, aligning with the overall operational direction of the company.
  • Reviewing and improving Asset Management Regulations, processes, and guidelines, as well as internal management software, to enhance efficiency and control risks.
  • Identifying and minimizing operational risks, working with other teams to establish measurement methods and risk reduction strategies.
  • Ensuring that all activities of the Center adhere to company policies, regulations, processes, and service quality commitments.
  • Managing projects related to property management, such as implementing new property management software.
  • Performing additional tasks as required by the Department Head or Leadership Board.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education/Qualifications:
A university degree or higher.

Professional Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with operational processes, products, and services related to property management in the banking industry.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations, procurement, and supply chain processes.
  • Knowledge of project management and maintaining quality customer service.

Experience:

  • Over 8 years of experience in a similar field, with at least 4 years in a leadership position managing teams of over 20 people.
  • Experience in supply chain management.

Language Skills:

  • Proficient in English.
