Business Development Manager ITSM (IT Service Management)
for Noventiq
Vietnam. You'll be a part of our Global Sales team.

Job overview:

To ensure the growth of ITSM services in Noventiq, to develop sales strategy as well as to ensure the achievement of the set goals and sales plan.


What you'll do:

  • Excellent knowledge of represented products to provide presentations not only to the existing clients but also to the sales teams of the company.
  • Identify the potential of the ITAM products and services in the APAC market, conduct market research, i.e. existing and potential customers, competitors and their activities, similar products, etc.
  • Promote awareness and use of ITAM products and services among existing and potential business customers.
  • To meet regional sales financial and business objectives. Prepare an annual budget, estimate expenses, analyze variances on regular basis, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Analyze the APAC market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Planning and overseeing product marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with colleagues on crossterritory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and case studies.
  • Close deals, and actively participate in strategically important transactions with customers, creating reliable and successful cooperation.
  • Attend or perform trade shows, conferences, webinars, or any other similar event if needed.
  • Deliver reports and updates on sales goals, targets, and additional sales insights.
  • Build relationships and trust with the customers and partners.
  • In case of sales or delivery project jams, perform the necessary escalations to maintain the progress of the project. Preparation of price and solution offer for the client.
  • Preparing contracts and negotiating terms & conditions.
  • Perform continuous selfimprovement and raise qualifications.
  • To be responsible for the rational use of logístical and other resources.
  • To be loyal and reliable to the company.
  • To be accountable for timely, fair, and professional duties.
  • To be responsible for the control of information and documents, including nondisclosure of confidential information: retention and compliance with the requirements of the protection of personal data.
  • To perform other jobrelated duties and obligations per the instructions of the direct manager.
  • To be responsible and carry out their job description duties according to the information safety management system 's documentation and processes.

About you:

  • Bachelor's or/and master's degree in computer science, business management or a related field;
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role and/or selling IT, Software Development, or ITAM Services and Solutions;
  • Proven track of record in completing and/or coordinating sales cycle processes (presales, sales, aftersales);
  • Experience in the IT industry and cloud delivery projects, licensing in IT will count as an advantage;
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
