**Job Purpose /** Mục tiêu vị trí

This role is responsible for managing, coordinating, building and developing the agency forces to achieve the target, strategies and business policies of the company.

Vị trí Trưởng vùng phát triển Kinh doanh sẽ chịu trách nhiệm quản lý, phối hợp, xây dựng và phát triển lực lượng đại lý để thực hiện được mục tiêu, chiến lược, chính sách kinh doanh của công ty.

**Strategic Planning and execution**

**Lập kế hoạch chiến lược và thực hiện**
- Use the MAPA to analyze business data and strongly implement appropriate recruitment / business activities of the assigned General Agency (s)

Sử dụng cấu trúc MAPA để phân tích số liệu kinh doanh và thúc đẩy thực hiện các hoạt động phù hợp về tuyển dụng/ kinh doanh của (các) Văn phòng Tổng đại lý được phân công
- Execute the business strategy following company and the General Agency's direction & vision

Thực hiện chiến lược kinh doanh theo định hướng, tầm nhìn chiến lược của công ty và của văn phòng Tổng Đại lý
- Closely work with agent force to monitor progress, results of execution plan and take appropriate counter measures if needed to complete sales target in assigned General Agency

Làm việc chặt chẽ với lực lượng đại lý bằng cách theo dõi tiến độ, kết quả thực hiện và có các giải pháp thích hợp khi cần để đảm bảo hoàn thành các mục tiêu kinh doanh được giao cho văn phòng Tổng Đại lý
- Carry out the business and training plans in the assigned region to support the General Agency (s) to achieve business sales targets and KPIs

Triển khai các kế hoạch hoạt động kinh doanh và huấn luyện trong khu vực được phân công nhằm giúp (các) văn phòng Tổng Đại lý đạt các chỉ tiêu kinh doanh và các chỉ số đo lường công việc
- Be representatives of Company or General Agency to convey message/ information & do presentation to business partners

Đại diện Công ty hoặc văn phòng Tổng Đại Lý trao đổi thông tin và thuyết trình đến các đối tác kinh doanh
- Understand and comply with rules, regulations related to Code of Conduct, Customer Complaints handling procedures, Customer's Privacy Policy and other Company guidelines.

Hiểu rõ và đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy tắc, quy định về Đạo đức nghề nghiệp, quy trình xử lý Khiếu nại của khách hàng, Chính sách bảo mật của khách hàng và các hướng dẫn khác của Công ty.

- Align with Regional Business Development Director/ Associate Business Development Director to make decision and have clear direction to address business issues

Làm việc với Giám đốc Phát triển Kinh doanh Khu vực/ Phó Giám đốc Phát triển Kinh doanh Khu vực để đưa ra quyết định và hướng chỉ đạo rõ ràng nhằm giải quyết những vấn đề kinh doanh
- Develop the Business Management process by closely monitoring the business activities and trends of the General Agency according to the Quarterly / Yearly plan.

Phát triển quy trình Quản lý Kinh doanh bằng cách giám sát chặt chẽ các hoạt động kinh doanh và xu hướng của văn phòng Tổng Đại lý theo kế hoạch Quý/ Năm

Hỗ trợ các quy trình giao dịch bảo hiểm, ứng dụng vận hành và giải quyết các khiếu nại từ đối tác chính của văn phòng Tổng đại lý được phân công.

Supervise and manage the business activity of the assigned General Agency's office (s) to closely
- the APE indicators, recruitment, rate of active consultants and comply effectively.

Giám sát và quản lý tình hình kinh doanh của (các) văn phòng Tổng Đại lý được phân công bám sát các chỉ số APE, tuyển dụng, tỉ lệ tư vấn viên hoạt động và tuân thủ một cách hiệu quả.
