Job description:

  • Responsible for Sales & Marketing activities in the lubricants business with the customers.
  • Assist General Manager/ Sales & Marketing Manager in Sales and Marketing activities.
  • Act as a key account with customers on sales budget, sales forecast, sales support, and sales review.
  • Corporate with Accounting team to follow distributor's account receivable.
  • Have an idea about a Sales & Marketing plan to support customers.
  • Coordinate with Production/ Logistics team to monitor purchase orders, keeping track of purchase orders.
  • Making cost reports.
  • Manage Aftersales support activities by followingup Purchase orders to ensure satisfactory completion of contract terms (requirements, delivery, payment schedule, etc.) and by troubleshooting problems in a timely manner.
  • Support team to archive the target.
  • Periodically conduct a market survey on competitors/ pricing/ products
  • Responsible for customers' events (local events, seminars...)
  • Keep BOD reported by identifying strengths and weaknesses of processes and recommending changes.
  • Other tasks assigned by GM and Manager in charge.

Job requirements:

  • Male, not over 35 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree from 04 years College or University.
  • Over 2 years' experience in Sales position of visible products.
  • Able to travel for business trip.
  • Good communication and negotiation skill.
  • Able to read, analyze general business documents and to write business correspondence and procedure manuals in English.
  • Able to handle multitask and work independently as well as good team work skill.
  • Experienced in MS office specifically MS Excel, Power Point.
  • Knowledge of lubricants or chemical is a plus.
  • Has knowledge about lubricant is an advantage.
