- Đề xuất kế hoạch nội dung với mục tiêu về lead, nhận diện thương hiệu.
- Xây dựng, training và quản lý đội ngũ direct sale đi thị trường để đảm bảo KPI đã đề ra.
- Giám sát chặt chẽ chất lượng team direct sale, giám sát việc gọi lọc data.
- Đề xuất và tổ chức các hoạt động, sự kiện offline tại Học Viện nhằm thu hút thêm lượng khách hàng mới và tăng độ nhận diện thương hiệu
- Chủ động liên hệ làm việc với các ban ngành, đoàn, khoa của các trường THPT, CĐ, ĐH, trường nghề để xin vào làm hoạt động tại các trường, đặt booth, tổ chức workshop, hướng nghiệp để lấy lead và thu hút khách hàng mới.
- Khảo sát thị trường và phân tích kết quả công việc theo tuần/ tháng/ quý để đề xuất cách nâng hiệu quả công việc.
- Linh động trong việc khai thác nguồn leads hợp lý, đem sign về để hoàn thành chỉ tiêu.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Đại Học các chuyên ngành marketing, quản trị kinh doanh, truyền thông hoặc liên quan.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng chỉ nghiệp vụ tư vấn du học, ứng viên từng học hoặc làm các công việc có liên quan đến Hàn Quốc, có kinh nghiệm và network với các trường THPT CĐ ĐH, trường nghề.
- Tiếng Anh tốt, thành thạo.
- Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 2 năm làm sales B2C, kinh doanh thị trường.
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý tư vấn du học là một lợi thế
- Có kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, chủ động tìm kiếm giải pháp
- Chủ động, năng nổ, chịu được áp lực, máu lửa, nhiệt huyết và có tham vọng.
- Có khả năng thu thập thông tin, biết cách tra cứu, cập nhật thông tin dùng cho công việc.
- Có khả năng lưu trữ và sắp xếp dữ liệu, thực hiện báo cáo, kế hoạch có liên quan đến hoạt động tuyển sinh, sự kiện
