**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- To greet each guest in a courteous and friendly manner, to address guest by name whenever possible. To promote and document orders for drinks. To mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control;
- To input order into register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest. To maintain an accurate record of all beverage items served;
- To process cash, credit card and/or voucher transactions, make changes as needed, verify validity of charges, record charges and insure vouchers are properly executed in order to balance all monies;
- To maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce, based on projections from the Good & Beverage Department as per guest occupancy
- To be responsible for maintaining stock, cutting and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to insure product quality;
- To store and secure all beverage, food and other equipment, deposits, cash deposits and vouchers, drops and secures bank.
- Chào đón khách một cách lịch sự và thân thiện, xưng hô với khách bằng tên của họ bất cứ khi nào có thể. Giới thiệu và lưu lại các đơn đặt hàng đồ uống. Pha trộn, trang trí và trình bày đồ uống bằng cách sử dụng các công thức nguyên liệu tiêu chuẩn và thực hành kiểm soát khẩu phần một cách thận trọng;
- Nhập đơn hàng vào quầy đăng kí và kiểm tra đơn hàng cho từng khách. Duy trì bản ghi chính xác về tất cả các món đồ uống được phục vụ;
- Xử lý các giao dịch tiền mặt, thẻ tín dụng và/hoặc phiếu giảm giá, thực hiện các thay đổi khi cần thiết, xác minh tính hợp lệ của các khoản phí, ghi lại các khoản phí và chứng từ bảo hiểm được thực hiện đúng cách để cân bằng tất cả các khoản tiền;
- Duy trì việc bố trí quầy bar đúng cách và đầy đủ hàng ngày. Điều này bao gồm việc trưng dụng và dự trữ tất cả bia, rượu vang, rượu mạnh, sản phẩm giấy, ống hút và máy khuấy, gia vị và sản xuất, dựa trên kế hoạc của Bộ phận Hàng hóa & Đồ uống theo sức chứa của khách.
- Chịu trách nhiệm duy trì kho, cắt và bảo quản tất cả các loại rau quả tươi trang trí, nước trái cây và các đồ dễ hư hỏng khác hàng ngày để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm;
- Lưu trữ và bảo đảm tất cả đồ uống, thực phẩm và các thiết bị khác, tiền tạm ứng, tiền tạm thu và các phiếu mua hàng, gửi và đảm bảo giao dịch gửi an toàn.
