  • Keep trolley neat and adequately supplied.
  • Maintain all equipment in good working condition.
  • Keep linen room neat and in good order.
  • Report any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixture or equipment to the Floor Supervisor.
  • Report maintenance deficiencies to the Captain or Supervisor.
  • Provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
  • Maintain good working relationships with own associates and all other departments.
  • Do turndown service when required.
  • Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
  • Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service and exceed guests' expectations.
  • Promote the hotel products and services.
  • Liaise with Mini-Bar Supervisor and Front Desk Team for billing and settlement.
  • Adhere to the hotel's security and emergency policies and procedures.
  • Carry out other tasks as directed by Floor Supervisor and Management.

  • Good customer care skills.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Passion for service excellence.
  • Good physical health.
