Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage cross-functional teams within Partnership distribution to deliver key partnership outcomes, including:

  • Formulation, management and communication of strategy and planning for Partnership Distribution channel to all internal/external stakeholders at local and group office level, as well as bank partners
  • Design, track, iterate compensation and incentive scheme for sales managers/insurance specialists and partners
  • Manage holistic business quality framework and execution to ensure highest possible customer/premium retention.
  • Digital transformation of partnerships and user journey(s) to ensure that all key stakeholders in partnership ecosystem (partner, customers, sales agents, employees) can more readily access data, insight in real time: Transformation of customer journeys by segmentation of partners to ensure that there is not a 'onesizefitsall' approach to the endtoend customer experience from presales, sales, onboarding, nurturing, policy maturation/renewal, claims, etc.
  • Lead efforts for customized product/proposition implementation and execution plan for all partners taking into account important stakeholders such as product team, finance, operations, sales and bank partner
  • Lead business development/new partnership opportunities from origination to closing endtoend
  • Ensure Service Level Agreement between AIA and Banks are met
  • Build High-Performing team and Succession Planning under this highly competitive environment
  • Able to coach and mentor direct reports and able to execute where capabilities gap exists
  • To execute company's strategic initiatives including Technology Data Analytics, Health and Wellness, Agility, and other key initiatives from time to

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration
  • At least 05 years of experience in insurance, banking, financial planning, project management, operation transformation, customer experience
  • Knowledge: Running business in 4.0 age
  • Technical: Process automation, Analytics, Change management
  • Skills: Team Management, Critical thinking, Problem Solving, Stakeholders Management, Detail orientation, Communication, Presentation, Influencing, Negotiation
  • Leadership Essential: Purpose led advocate; Curious Learner; Collaboration Challenger;
