Head of Business Development (open for Japanese local only), HCM

Growth and Sales

  • Key leadership role in the design and delivery of client and revenue growth plans for Health Solutions Team in HCM.
  • Driving business development best practice, including industry research and (LMP) local market planning.
  • Shared ownership of the Pipeline with Country Head of Account Management and Health Solutions Leaders
  • Accountable for executing the incountry Health Solutions growth plan and focused on sales and growth.
  • Leading, managing and executing the agreed growth plan, budget for allocated client portfolio and contributing to the annual planning cycle.
  • Managing the growth planning framework including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process.
  • Developing and coleading to win new large accounts
  • Formal review and signoff and approval of all major bids and tenders across the team.

Client Ownership

  • Health Solutions and other business units.
  • Constantly identifying valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively influencing sales and client retention.
  • Positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value proposition to increase overall partnership position.
  • Developing and maintaining a client relationship and build upon new business relations

Operational Excellence

  • Working with Country Head of Account Management to create sustainable divisional growth plans, LMP, Management of Connect discipline
  • Managing & supervising the team on day to day operations to ensure Operation Excellence KPIs achieved
  • Reviewing all outgoing client documents including but not limited to renewal contracts, client workshop communications/decks.
  • Establishing processes and measuring for monitoring and maintaining standards of business conduct consistent with compan's Code of Business Conduct.
  • Implementing SPS, company Regional initiatives, eg Pulse, Voluntary Benefits, Human Capital Solutions, Wealth Solutions

Leadership

  • Managing direct reports as required, ensuring that their objectives are aligned with the overall country strategy, that their performance is satisfactory and that they are taking the necessary action continually to develop their capability as business leaders
  • Building trusted relationships with the leadership of CRHA that facilitates and encourages collaboration and company United opportunities.
  • Building on the strengths of the team, developing HiPo talent and address the gaps in expertise.
  • Acting as support and escalation points for team members.
