- Tiếp nhận và xử lý các vấn đề, khiếu nại của khách hàng, phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để tư vấn, giải pháp phù hợp giải quyết vấn đề cho khách hàng
- Xử lý các cuộc gọi, là cầu nối giữa khách hàng với các bộ phận liên quan
- Duy trì mối quan hệ thân thiết với khách hàng và cập nhật thông tin sản phẩm dịch vụ cho khách hàng
- Sắp xếp xe và lưu trú cho nhân viên đi công tác
- Tổ chức và sắp xếp các sự kiện của công ty
- Có khả năng tư duy sáng tạo, quảng cáo dịch vụ, sản phẩm của công ty trên các phương tiện social media
- Tiếp nhận và xử lý các đơn đặt hàng, báo giá sản phẩm dịch vụ
- Kiểm tra và lưu trữ thông tin, báo cáo, chứng từ, hóa đơn
- Hổ trợ, xử lý các yêu cầu về chứng từ và thông tin, là cầu nối giữa Khách Hàng với Đối tác để đảm bảo hàng hóa và phụ tùng thiết bị được giao nhận đúng hạn
- Communication and marketing skills to act at the contact point between internal team members and clients
- Client relationship management skills to maintain professional communication with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Budgeting, bookkeeping and planning skills and knowledge of associated computer software
- Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
- Providing administration support to Sales Reps and Senior Management
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Principle and Customers Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally

- Có kinh nghiệm về bán hàng hoặc hỗ trợ bán hàng
- Kỹ năng tổ chức và hoàn thành công việc tốt
- Cống hiến hết mình vì công việc
- Chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc
- Có bằng cấp/ chứng chỉ về Tiếp thị, Bán hàng hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan
- Ưu tiên ứng viên giao tiếp được bằng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Trung

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
- English or Chinese speaking will be added value.
