Sales Consultant sẽ là đại diện hình ảnh thương hiệu, trực tiếp tư vấn và chăm sóc khách hàng tại showroom Byfas (flagship store & pop-up). Bạn sẽ đồng hành cùng khách hàng trong hành trình trải nghiệm – từ lựa chọn sản phẩm, thử đồ, cá nhân hóa thiết kế, đến dịch vụ sau bán hàng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tư vấn & bán hàng: Giới thiệu sản phẩm thời trang cao cấp cho nam nữ, áo dài couture, phụ kiện lụa, dịch vụ đặt may theo nhu cầu khách hàng: Suits, Dresses, Áo Dài..
  • Chăm sóc khách hàng: Xây dựng mối quan hệ lâu dài, duy trì hình ảnh chuyên nghiệp, mang lại trải nghiệm "5 sao".
  • Styling & cá nhân hóa: Đề xuất phong cách, phối đồ, chia sẻ kiến thức về chất liệu lụa và văn hóa áo dài Việt Nam.
  • Quản lý sản phẩm & trưng bày: Đảm bảo showroom luôn sang trọng, tinh tế, đúng tiêu chuẩn luxury visual.
  • Theo dõi doanh số & báo cáo: Hoàn thành chỉ tiêu bán hàng, báo cáo kết quả định kỳ cho quản lý.
  • Tham gia sự kiện & showcase: Hỗ trợ trong các buổi trình diễn, workshop, sự kiện văn hóa – thời trang của Byfas.

Hình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gian

  • Thu nhập: Lương cứng + hoa hồng bán hàng + thưởng doanh số.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp - Nghề

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1–2 năm trong lĩnh vực bán hàng thời trang cao cấp, trang sức, hospitality 5 sao hoặc dịch vụ luxury.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp & chăm sóc khách hàng xuất sắc.
  • Ngoại hình sáng, phong thái sang trọng, chuyên nghiệp.
  • Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt (ưu tiên ứng viên có thêm ngoại ngữ khác: Nhật, Hàn, Pháp).
  • Kiến thức hoặc đam mê thời trang, lụa, áo dài và văn hóa Việt Nam.
  • Linh hoạt, chủ động, tinh thần cầu tiến
