dynamic and responsible B2B Sales Executive

Job Description:

  • Identify and develop B2B customer relationships in key industries such as
    manufacturing, precision engineering, medical, and mold production
    where 3D printing applications are relevant.
  • Consult and directly introduce
    industrial 3D printing solutions offered by the company, including
    metal and plastic 3D printers
    ,
    3D scanners
    , and
    CAD/CAM/Simulation software
    .
  • Make outbound calls
    to analyze customer needs and consult them on how
    3D printing technology
    can optimize their current production process.
  • Travel to industrial zones and factories
    to survey, consult, and present customized 3D printing solutions onsite.
  • Coordinate with the technical department to develop tailored technical proposals for each customer.
  • Work with various departments of client organizations (engineering, IT, procurement...) to support sales closing, contract signing, and post-sales service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute business development initiatives such as
    technology seminars, trade shows, and product launch campaigns
    .
  • Provide regular sales reports to the department head and suggest strategies to develop potential leads.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related fields linked to industrial manufacturing.
  • Prior
    B2B sales experience
    , especially in industrial zones or manufacturing environments, is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of or strong interest in
    3D printing technology
    is a big plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A proactive and creative mindset is essential.
  • Ability to use English in work-related communication (emails, technical discussions, calls with foreign partners).
