Job Description:

1.     Operation Support

  • Monitor and handle issues relating to Orders & Invoice across Ecommerce Platform.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and platform representatives to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Update and optimize operational, sales, and expense performance reports.
  • Support livestream sessions: develop concepts, scripts, logistics, and ensure content quality.

2.     Affiliate Management

  • Develop campaign themes and briefing materials for KOL/creator collaborations.
  • Support selection, tracking, and performance evaluation of affiliates and creators.
  • Analyze affiliate sales data and recommend performance or cost optimizations.

3.     Paid Media & Traffic Planning

  • Plan and monitor E-commerce paid traffic campaigns (Shopee Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, Lazada Sponsored Ads).
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Media teams to execute campaigns and optimize performance.
  • Report on spending efficiency, traffic performance, and ROI on a regular basis.

4.     Video & Content Management

  • Manage TikTok and Shopee Video channels: upload, optimize videos, and engage with audiences.
  • Develop and execute monthly video content plans aligned with E-commerce strategy.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and recommend improvements to boost engagement and conversion.

5.     Other Responsibilities

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager, including support for special projects or operational improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate from Marketing, Business, Communication or related fields
  • Preferred candidates have 1-2 years of experience from agencies, D2C brands, or mid-sized FMCG/E-commerce
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience operating on Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada, including order management, operational issue handling, and performance reporting
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and coordination skills
  • Analytical, detail-minded, and creative.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, Capcut, Excel.
