Role Description


• Manage and optimize online storefronts on major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok).


• Upload and update product listings; set up promotions, ads, and monitor sales performance.


• Analyze customer demand and behavior; adjust content, visuals, pricing, and inventory to optimize the shopping experience.


• Coordinate with relevant teams to execute sales campaigns, handle orders, provide customer service, and ensure smooth operational processes.


• Track and analyze business data and propose solutions to improve performance, revenue, and KPIs for each platform.


• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications


• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations.


• Understanding of Seller Center/Seller systems.


• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with basic data analysis skills.


• Detail-oriented and responsible.


• Preferably with knowledge of product SEO.


• Basic English skills for reading Amazon documentation is an advantage.
