Team Leader – Merchant Solutions

As a (Senior) Team Leader – Merchant Solution, you will identify, design, and scale merchant solutions that address merchant needs and drive long-term growth for MoMo's Enterprise Payment & Business Solutions (EPS) ecosystem. You will lead the end-to-end process — from insight discovery to solution rollout working cross-functionally to turn merchant pain points into practical, scalable initiatives that enhance engagement and performance.
What will you do:
- Lead merchant insight discovery: conduct research, categorize pain points, and synthesize business needs across verticals; translate insights into scalable solution ideas;
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data teams to design and test new features or services;
- Plan and run pilot programs with selected merchants; evaluate adoption, ROI, and business impact;
- Refine and scale successful solutions, building playbooks and toolkits for broader rollout;
- Work with internal teams (BD, Marketing, Finance, Growth) to align execution and ensure merchant adoption;
- Own and manage merchant co-funding/merchant funding budgets, working with BD and other teams to plan proposals, allocate resources, and ensure efficient fund usage to achieve KPIs on budget utilization and MAU growth across merchant tiers and categories;
What will you need:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Economics or related fields;
- 4-6 years of experience in Product Marketing, or Business Solution, or related roles within Fintech, Ecommerce, SaaS sectors or other technology companies (required);
- Product and growth mindset — understands both merchant operations and platform dynamics.
- Excellent stakeholder management across Product, BD, Data, Marketing, and Finance.
- Strong execution, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Personality: Proactive, decisive, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
- Soft skills: Logical thinking, presentation, project management, negotiation, and people leadership.
