P&R MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY focus on the research and application of measurement and control technology, empowering the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry by providing the necessary measurement and control instruments and equipment, automation devices, data value-added services, and tools for research, design, and production.

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment activities and maintaining positive employee relations, as well as handling various aspects of employee onboarding, transfer, promotion, and separation processes. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
  2. Source, screen, and interview candidates, leveraging a variety of recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and define selection criteria.
  4. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  5. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns.
  6. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  7. Collaborate with management to implement employee retention strategies and initiatives.
  8. Oversee the new employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and providing necessary training and orientation.
  9. Manage employee transfers and promotions, including coordinating with relevant departments, updating employee records, and communicating changes to the employees.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

  1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations. Experience in a similar industry is a plus.
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools, including applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  5. Proven ability to handle employee relations issues effectively, with a focus on conflict resolution and problem-solving.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
