Our client is a leading manufacturing corporation in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.
Job Description
- Develop and implement recruitment plans to ensure timely hiring of operators according to approved manpower requirements.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and regular training programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and workplace culture.
- Handle all documentation and administrative procedures for new hires; coordinate with department heads to assess probationary performance.
- Evaluate recruitment performance and prepare regular reports on hiring effectiveness.
- Review and recommend improvements to recruitment strategies and policies.
- Build and maintain a candidate database to support future hiring needs.
- Manage and optimize recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
- Monitor attendance records, prepare leave reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Draft, review, and manage labor contracts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or College degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online communication tools.
- Strong analytical and assessment skills in candidate selection.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.
- Prior experience (minimum 1 year) in HR or recruitment is preferred.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
