**Position Overview**:
Support the Admin & HR Manager in overseeing and managing all HR-related functions, including Employee Relations, HSE and Administration. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws and promote an effective and productive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reporting & HR Projects**

- Prepare HR-related reports and analytics.
- Participate in HR system improvement and digitalization projects.
- Support audits and HR compliance reviews.
- **Staff Attendance & Disciplinary Control & Industrial relations**

- Monitor and manage staff attendance records.
- Handle disciplinary issues and enforce company policies.
- **Employee Grievance & Dispute Handling**

- Address and resolve staff complaints and workplace conflicts.
- Act as a mediator between employees and management.
- **Union Relations**

- Manage communication and negotiations with the union.
- Ensure compliance with union agreements.
- **Employee Engagement**

- Plan and organize employee activities and events.
- Foster a positive and committed work environment.
- **Training & Development**

- Identify training needs and coordinate staff training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
- **HSE support**:

- Oversee general matters as safety, hygiene, and environment.
- Implement the government relationship as request.
- **General HR & Administrative Support**

- Oversee general matters such as housekeeping, hostel, and transport arrangements.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.

- Salary increase review 2 times/year

- Working hours: From Monday to Friday: 8:00 to 17:00. Saturday: 8:00 to 12:00

- Not have shuttle bus (không có xe đưa rước), have dormitories (có ký túc xá)

**Qualifications & Skills**

- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing
- Good knowledge of Vietnam labor law.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Leadership and people management.
- Analytical thinking and process orientation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidentiality and integrity.
