About the Role

The
Junior Community Manager
is a part-time contract role designed for students interested in community management, events, and youth lifestyle brands. You'll support Homerun's Community Manager in building resident engagement, hosting events, and growing the Homerun culture across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
Community Building & Support

  • Assist in setting up and managing Homerun's local community chapters
  • Help recruit, onboard, and coordinate student ambassadors
  • Support resident onboarding and community activation activities
  • Host or co-host monthly events, workshops, and social gatherings

Engagement & Operations

  • Help monitor engagement KPIs and ambassador activity
  • Collect resident feedback and summarize insights
  • Help maintain community content (group chats, announcements, newsletters)
  • Work with marketing, operations, and product teams as needed

Requirements

  • Currently a university student
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Enjoy event hosting, people engagement, and creating community vibes
  • Good Vietnamese communication + basic English
  • Comfortable with Social Media Marketing Tool, Google Suite, Canva is a plus
  • Prior involvement in campus clubs, events, or ambassador programs is a bonus
